Windows 10 IOT Enterprise 2019

I tried to install Widows 10 IOT Enterprise 2019. The installation of the system itself was no problem, however now I having 6 unknown devices? (2G / 32 GB)
I downloaded the drivers from gitlab (2 years old), but still have 6 unknown devices?
Does there exists newer driver to get W10-IOT 2019 run?
