[DEFECTIVE] LattePanda Alpha No Status Lights and No Boot

I've been waiting for almost a year to get my LattePanda Alpha bundle in the mail and it finally came in today, the only problem is that it came DoA, it doesn't have any power indicators come on, the fan doesn't spin, my disappointment is immeasurable, and my day is ruined. How do I go about getting a replacement and how long will it take?
