No Arduino after reinstalling Windows.

I'm having a problem using the Arduino on my Lattepanda Alpha 864. I didn't get activated Win10 on my LP, so I wiped the unactivated education version that was on the emmc storage and installed a licensed version of Win10 Pro. Using the Arduino IDE (1.8.8), I can see the Arduino on Com3, but cannot write to it. The error message I get is:
