[Solved] Dead Lattepanda alpha 864
Ethan696 2019-02-13 16:01:18 2431 Views3 Replies Hi everybody, so I've had my lp 864 for about 3 weeks now and it no longer boots. It was working great until today it had a Windows 10 update (my favorite kind) and I shut it down and let it do it's thing. I came back about an hour later and tried to turn it on and now nothing.
The red led light is solid and the blue led blinks about every 6 seconds. But when you press and hold the power button it just resets after about 15-20 seconds.
I've tried doing a hard reset about 3 times now, as well as removing the rtc battery. I've plugged in a different power switch with no luck. I've only used the included power adapter, I don't have any other way to power it.
I appreciate any help I can get, and if there's any more information you need I'll be happy to let you know. thanks in advance.
