[Defective]Lattepanda Wont Power On

My Lattepanda Alpha 864 no longer powers on:

No lights turn on when power is plugged in.
I've tried the suggestions from Lattepanda Support in https://www.lattepanda.com/forum/topic/314065
I've tried with Lattepanda Alpha USB-C power plug and another USB-C power plug in different outlets.
I've tried removing RTC battery
I've tried leaving it unplugged for a while and then plugging back in.
