How do you install LibreElec?

I want to buy a LattePanda as i have multiple raspberry pi's and i feel these are way more flexible and useful for what i need. But since libreelec has a x86/x64 os, how do i install it onto the lattepanda? would you just press the del key on the keyboard? and would i even be able to install this os on this board?
