Lattepanda Not Boot

Recently I changed some BIOS settings in my LP. And after i restart the board , it didn't boot-up. No display , no mouse & keyboard working . But the red LED is lights up and the blue LED keep flash for few seconds & keep it light continuously in dim state.

How can i reset the bios to previous state.
