Any option for component repair?

My Alpa has blown one of four SMA chips related to the DC input (just on the opposite side of the 12V DC connector. It smoked and has a hole in it. I imagine other componets may have also been damaged. Is there an option for sending to factory for repair or am I out of luck? I submitted an RMA request but it has gone unanswered.
