arduino joystick control mouse

Hi
i have had a lattepanda for about a year now and i am currently working on a project to turn the lattepanda into a nintento switch style game emulator to run old games.

so my question here is, is it possible to control the lattepanda using the onboard arduino to control mouse movement and clicks from a joystick and clicky buttons on the arduino and is it possible to map arduino buttons to be keyboard clicks, also running this all through the linked arduino so i dont have to plug these buttons through usb
