Can't seem to properly reinstall Windows

Hello everyone! I tried following the instructions listed at this link https://docs.lattepanda.com/content/1st_edition/os/.

It's possible that I may have misunderstood some of the technical jargon. I formatted my USB to FAT 32, renamed it to WINPE and extracted the correct files to it. After attempting to boot my LattePanda using the USB drive, I simply get a blue screen, stating that windows need to be repaired. Error code is something like ....000359.

Attempting to install/repair Windows using the official Windows 10 USB installation media has also proved fruitless. 

Any help would be appreciated.
