Lattepanda audion broke

After using my Lattepanda for a little bit it stopped working so I sent it to the lattepanda team, and they said it was caused by a broken audion and that they fixed it but when I received it, there was no change because the audion was still broke, at this point i just want my lattepanda working again, so if anyone could tell me how to fix the audion or use it without the audion that would be amazing. If I could get a refund or something like that it would be nice but I just want to be able to use it.
