Wifi device problem to linux / RTL8723bs recvbuf error

Hello, we use the latte panda 4g/64g version in our products.
We could not find a solution to a problem we experienced.
In the current linux versions of the device we use, Wifi is weak and unbalanced and sometimes journal using cpu 100% and there is an attached error.
The situation did not change even though we used different drivers.
