Does the Alpha 800s have a pin that is only on after the power switch has been pressed?

I have some MOSFET's that I need to be turned on only after I've held the power switch down to turn the board on. I the S0 pin which should turn on when the CPU has power but that seems to supply power permenantly. So basically as the title says, is there any pin on the board that will only turn on after the power switch has been held down to turn the board on?
