Lattepanda does not boot, blue light on and red light off.

I bought a Lattepanda 32GB 2 GB RAM.
My problem is that the Lattepanda doesn't turn on anymore. The red light blinks one time when i press the powerbutton. The blue light is constantly on.
On my attatched HDMI screen nothing happens. I can't connect via TightVNC either.
Already tried hard reset. Doesn't work.
I hope anyone can help me solve my problem. I need the Lattepanda for a project.
