Screen resolution doesn't fit

I own a Lattepanda 4G/64G and when i'm under resolution 1920*1080 on my TV screen , the screen doesn't fit, I see the half of windows taskbar and startup menu.
I have no problem with my personal computer on this screen.
I have deleted in the bios the integrated screen to remain only my TV screen.
Any idea ?
