Windows 10 Update is crashing LP Delta

I have a LP Delta and a SSD (WD Blue SN550). I was able to clone the eMMC to the SSD and everything was working fine, until Windows 10 decided to update. Now, the restart stops at 35 or 38%, and keeps rebooting. Everything is lost. Any idea of what is going on here? Is LP Delta compatible to Win 10 greater than 1803? How to prevent Win 10 from updating/upgrading? Any help, please. Thanks.
