Alpha 864 - Wont boot, just blinking blue light

I have had zero issues until today.
When I try to turn it on there is no red light at all.
The power light just blinks blue every couple of seconds.
I removed the LCD and removed my M.2 drive so that it is just the board.
I still just get the blinking blue light.
I know this is out of warranty, but this was an expensive device to just die.
Are there any options to get it repaired?
