Connecting a regular SATA HDD (non SSD) to M.2 key E

Just wondering, would it be possible to attach a regular HDD to the E key M.2 slot?
I did some research and found that it would be possible to convert to mSATA going from: M.2 E -> Mini PCIe -> 2x mSATA.
Would it be possible to power the HDD in any way?
