Power On Failure

I encounter Power Failure on Latte Panda Alpha 864. I had tried to power on using below method but it still fail to power on.
Step to power on I had tried:
1. Power on using Type-C power pack - Neither Red or blue led is on
2. Power on using CN2 DC with 12V external power supply - same fail.
May help to check if any other step we are able to fix the issue? I yet to backup my program. Wish can help to boot up at least I able to copy out my program before I throw away the faulty part.
