Flash BIOS to 101-B

I am flashing my BIOS on my test LattePanda 2G 32GB (CR200-CC34F)
I downloaded the BIOS files below and and accidently reverted to 004-D rather than 101-B.
In the folder I noticed the 004-D is a bin file and the 101-B is a RAR file. To revert back to 101-B do I just add the RAR file and remove the BIN file to the following directory?
