Windows Licence legit ?

I bought several Latte gen 1 in the past. They all came with Windows activated and a little card with a Windows sticker and licence serial number.
I jsut bought a Delta and:
- my IT department asks me how can a device have a windows licence on it if Windows OEM version costs 160EUR already ? I guess LattePanda pays much less
- The Delta did not come with that little card showing the WIndows serial ID in case I need to install it again
Basically I need proof this windows licence is legit. And I do not even have the little sticker from microsoft so it kind of is a problem
