Lattepanda Alpha vs. Delta for Dolphin Emulation?

I'm in the beginning stages of planning a "mini gamecube" build and am trying to select the most cost efficient sbc that can run dolphin. ETA Prime posted a video of dolphin running pretty flawlessly on an Lattepanda Alpha, but that is a bit more than I'd like to spend at nearly $400.

The delta is almost half the price, but I'm not experienced enough to look at the specs and know if its powerful enough to run Dolphin. Thoughts?https://nox.tips/ https://xender.vip/
