Installing Ubuntu+ROS on LP 4g/64gb

Hey, so as an engineering project we are building a remotely operated robot (through wifi) that will run on the LattePanda. So I was wondering if I should dual partition with windows or install over windows since I’ll be using ROS to communicate with the computer and its peripherals.

The reason why I would like to dual partition is to still be able to use the arduino coprocessor if needed.
