LattePanda v1 stuck at lattepanda icon with "92" at the bottom right of screen

I bought a lattepanda v1 yesterday. As you can see in the picture above, it doesn't boot and stucks at this screen. I can not access to bios.

I tried to reflash bios and reinstall the win10 but both has failed. When I power up lattepanda, the red and blue lights turn on, a few seconds later, red light goes off,
then I press the power button, red light turns on again and this screen shows up. nothing more.

Please help me here.
