USB screen on Lattepanda V1. Will it work?

Hello everyone. For a low power consumption project I am looking for a way to have a screen larger than 10" that does not require additional power (ideally I should stay under 15 watts total).

I have seen screens that only require the USB 3.0 connection, such as the Asus MB168B. https://www.asus.com/it/Displays-Deskto ... en/MB168B/

Is there any way to know if these screens work on Lattepanda V1? any advice?
