LTSC upgrade

Can anyone advise where I can order 1 off LTSC upgrade to try it out on LattePanda Delta 2 which has Windows 10 Pro (licensed).

Does LattePanda provide them?

I am also interested to learn more of anyone's experience upgrading Windows 10 Pro to LTSC and the issue they observed.
