after i shutdown the lattepanda in windows 10, when do i turn off the power ?

after i shutdown the lattepanda in windows 10, the Red LED of Lattepanda is not off

so, someone can mistake the status of LATTEPANDA

AFTER THIS SITUATION,

if i want to boot on the lattepanda
i just click the ON button of latte panda
..

in this situation,
i wonder when i turn off the power of lattepanda by switch off the power button
because after the shutdown the windows 10 of lattepanda, the red led of lattepanda is not off
so
i turn off the power for lattepanda roughly in 10 seconds.

is this right method ?
