catalina install help

Hey literally bought this to make a hackintosh and am completly lost and have a paper weight at this point. Im trying to follow different guides but all of them that im finding for the latte panda seem to be the older cpu i have the m3-8100y. I have followed a guide and think i have my usb done with the kexts in it. I guess i am stuck at the config file part???? need help or a guide that a 5 year old could understnad please help!!!!
