LattePandaAlpha - Not booting no led

my lattePanda alpha stops working. Looks like the USB-C Port is broken. I tried with the official power supply and with a macbookPro power supply, with both power supllies there are no blue or red leds. I read from a 12v dc powering method, which power supply or connector do I need for this?
