but LED red light keeps blinking after power is applied

I am using S70CR200-CC55G-ENT/ (4G, 64G) model, but LED red light keeps blinking after power is applied. After initializing the BIOS with a ROM writer because the BIOS needs to be reinstalled, the BIOS was reinstalled in the version of "DF-BI-7-S70CR200-CC55F-022-B," and the LED still shows a red light after power is applied. Did I install the wrong BIOS? Or is there a way to solve it?
