Windows 10 graphics driver

I installed Windows 10 from scratch and "Display Adapters" is showing as "Microsoft Basic Display Adapter".

I downloaded the driver pack and installed all of the other drivers but this graphics card is limiting me to 800x600 resolution. I haven't been able to find a graphics driver to install so I can use the 1080P monitor.

Anybody know where the driver is at?
