Windows Serial Key

Hi. I recently bought LattePanda Alpha 864s. I purchased the product with Windows 10 Pro License. However, the product was came with Windows 10 Pro Education license. We have been victims of this. Can we use it licensed as Windows 10 pro if we install windows 10 pro?
Also, the biggest problem was that the windows label with the windows license number did not come with the product. How do I learn the Windows serial key embedded in this product?
