Delat 3 LCD Compatibility

I'm trying to use my LattePanda 3 Delta with a 7" InnoLux N070ICN-GB1 which has a 31 pin MIPI connector and goes to 30 pin cable.

When I have the LCD plugged in and I attempt to boot, the blue light flashed, and then a green and red flash before it shuts off. Unplugging the LCD it boots just fine.

Any and all help to get this working would be appreciated.
