Disk Activity LED

I'm wondering if there is an already available way to blink an LED for disk activity on the Latte Panda 3 Delta? This functionality is available on the Raspberry Pi - see video below. I've attached a LED (with a resistor) to the arduino pin 13 but this appears to be POST status indicator.
