Header as Eagle Library

Hello,

would it be possible to get the pinout of the LattePanda 3 Delta headers as Eagle Library?
I would like to create my own shield for my project.

Then I could put power, RS485, CAN and various ADCs on one board and wouldn't have to live with the cable tangle anymore.
