Dead 3 Delta... No power

LattePanda 3 Delta was running fine for a day. Left it plugged in and running overnight to find it dead the next morning. Thought perhaps the PD adapter that comes with the Panda failed so tried connecting 12V to JST header but no luck. Draws 230 mA while plugged in but no power when I press the power button. Any other suggested troubleshooting advice? Is there a hard reset or something else that's worth trying?
