Using MXM GPU with LattePanda?

Hi there, I'm just wondering if it's possible to use an MXM card with the LattePanda 3 Delta instead of a full desktop GPU, as has been done ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PCd3HtRfQ8k ) here?

Could this be used with the lattepanda? eBay PCIe to MXM
Looking to use an NVIDIA P1000/T1000 MXM gpu.

Trying to keep power constraints to within my 12V 10A adapter, so that's why I've opted for these lower power ones.
