LATTEPANDA Alpha M3-8100Ywon't boot.

I have a LATTEAPAND Alpha M3-8100Y, but after installing auto-on bios, the power comes on but it does not boot.

When I connect the monitor via HDMI and check, nothing is displayed on the screen.

After applying the power, pressing the power button and the reset button at the same time for 20 seconds, and then trying the same again with the power off. Then I applied power, but nothing happened.

I also removed the RTC battery, combined it after some time, and tried again, but there was no change.

Please tell me how to solve this problem. Are you in need of an RMA?
