Windows keeps disappearing

Hi. I've been using the W10 image made by LattePanda (https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1-m6dQCReMQ_iV0Kqk87u9775eWJYzAgd) and what happens is I install it, I use the computer for 2-6 weeks and then I switch off, switch on later and I find that there is no operating system on the computer at all. Has anyone else had this problem or found a solution please?
