Mobile broadband capability turned off

To use the SIM card function on the Lattepanda Delta, I added an network adaptor SIM7600G-H-M2 4G and installed with driver.

Task bar shows Cellular turned off, not possible to click it on.

Adaptor card shows connected with no internet, window diagnose says “mobile broadband capability turned off”

Wifi is normal and capable to connect with internet.

Any hints?
