STOP RTC

Hello 

Why does my LP V1 RTC stop, and when I restart it, the clock isn't ticking? The clock may also be initialized. Of course the battery is connected, RTC is also enabled in BIOS. LP V1 It seems to be a specific unit, not all units, is it a chipset defect?
