Unable to install Windows 11

Today I received my LP Sigma. I quickly installed a Samsung nvme SSD and created two bootable thumb drives. One with the original M$ image on it and one with the suggested LP image on it.
Both seem to install normally until you reach the point where the system has to reboot. All goes well so far. The system reboots and starts the initialization process of Windows until a certain point where the original M$ image just powers the device down or shows the following error when running the LP image.

Any suggestions on what I'm doing wrong? I'd assume this should be a straight forward process.
