Where is .bin file???

In LattePanda V1 Bios Reflash tutorial, they said find the bios.bin file, but I can't find. I use Lattepanda V1 s70cr700. so I think https://github.com/LattePandaTeam/LattePanda-Win10-Software/tree/master/Bios/LattePanda%20V1.2%20for%20CR700%20Z8350/Default%20BIOS/4GB%20Default%20BIOS this is the right firmware to me. But there is no .bin file. Where can I find it?
