Best course of action to run .NET MAUI windows app on Lattepanda v1?

I would like to run a .NET MAUI app (which requires Windows 10 version 1809 or higher) on my lattepanda, which is currently on Windows 10 Enterprise 2016 LTSB Version 1607. Based on my understanding I have two options: 
1. Flash with windows 10 Home and then upgrade with windows update assistant to Win 10 2022 
2. Purchase license and upgrade to Win 10 Enterprise LTSC 

What would be the best course of action?
