Is there ever a discount on the newest release of the panda?

Want to buy the 32gb Sigma from DFRobot. I used to be VIP2, but they took that away last month. Now, I have to pay for shipping. Does DFRobot ever offer free shipping or a % discount to new purchasers? I'd hate to purchase this and the next day they have a coupon for free shipping or something.
