How can I find the I2C port address on LP delta??

I connected pca9306~pca9685on I2C port to control PWM and need to find I2C address on LP delta( not LP3 delta). But I can't found any address. So I thought this is a problum of board. Then I connected peripherals to LP V1. But on LP v1 board, I found I2C port's address(0x40). Then this is the problum of LP delta. Same phenomenon was happen on another LP delta board. I turned on power to LP delta board using power included in the LP delta package. So it's NOT PROBLUME OF POWER. Do not saying CheCk YoUr POwEr. 

How can I find the I2C port address on LP delta??
