High Battery Drain on Shutdown

I'm interested in using the LattePanda 3 Delta for an embedded battery-operated product.

I have been doing current testing numbers w/ multiple BIOS settings, device manager settings, etc.

In shutdown mode the lowest current I see is 27mA with all connection ports unplugged. This is with EuP deep sleep enabled as well.

Is it possible to go any lower? It would be ideal to prevent constant battery drain.
