Can not boot from embedded eMMC (zero size)

Hello

After storing Lattepanda V1 on shelf for some time (about two years, in proper ESD protection etc.) it stopped booting to Windows.

It boots to UEFI shell only. In the BIOS -> Chipset -> LPSS and SCC Configuration  - eMMC card shows size 0.0 GB

And   eMMC is not present at all in boot order selection. Only UEFI shell is available. Does that means it is broken? Or how to restore it?
