LattePanda V1 Power and Reset Pins Not Functioning Properly

I'm encountering an issue with my LattePanda V1 where the power and reset pins seem to be unresponsive. When I attempt to power on or reset the device using the designated pins, nothing happens. This issue has persisted despite several attempts to troubleshoot.
