Latte Panda Delta v3 SPI Chip Select pin not Working

The Latte Panda Delta 3 SPI Chip Select pin not Working. 
- Latte Panda Delta 2 Connected to an Oled spi display is working
- Latte Panda Delta 3 Connected to the same Oled spi display is not working.

- When we keep the OLED display chip select pin low by hardware, Latte Panda Delta 3 Connected to the Oled spi display is working.
- Selecting some other pin as Chip Select is also not working with the Delta 3, but working with Delta 2

Looks like noise in the GPIO or the pin mapping issue however, the Arduino can control the on-board LED. Has anyone faced a similar problem with the Latte Panda Delta 3?
